KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Cathy Crook, Business Office, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Month.

“This nomination is long overdue for Cathy. DEDICATION and INTEGRITY best describes her.  She demonstrates excellent work ethics.  She performs the necessary steps and tasks to produce accurate and correct monthly statements for the Contract Billing accounts.  Upon recognition of and issue as it applies to Contract Billing she identifies it warrants further action with Cerner, creates the Service Requests and proceeds to handle accordingly.  She participates and assists with the payment posting.  Despite struggles which may surface beyond her control she still manages to give 100% in her workload.  She is very passionate about her role and responsibilities at KHC.  Her contributions and devotion make her a positive asset to the team!! Keep up the great work,” commented a co-worker.

Other employees nominated in April were Lindsay Wilson, Lab; Kyley Swayne, Nursing; Judy Sommar, Nursing; Heather Davis, IT; Julia Fenoglio, HIM.
