KNOXVILLE –
Congratulations to Jocelyn Richards, Human Resources, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Month.

“Jocelyn exemplifies excellence by going over and above several days every week. She may have a large organized pile of work on their “to do” list, but when the phone rings or someone walks through their door, she greets them always with a courteous professional smile. On any day or at any time someone may walk through the door and ask if they could have this task done for them by this time. She drops everything to complete these tasks. She is the first person our new employees meet, whether in person or over the phone. They are always greeted with welcoming kindness. Jocelyn has a wonderful sense of humor and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of their job,” commented a co-worker.

The other employee nominated in August were Tammi Meador, Nutritional Services; Michelle Kaster, Admissions; Stephanie Probst, Nursing; Karen Lundy, Environmental Services; Rhonda Lewin, Clinic; Mandi Illingsworth, Nursing; Megan Roop, Nursing; and Hannah Ostrander, Diabetes Education.
