Our Business Office is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and working with you to ensure payment for your treatment and care. We would be glad to answer your billing and insurance claim questions, help with your insurance, and work with you regarding your account.

For your convenience, we offer three ways to reach the Business Office. Select the one that works best for you.

If you have any questions, contact us!

  1. Phone: Call (641) 842-1423 between 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, except legal holidays. Call volumes do vary. If the phone line is busy, be sure to leave your name and phone number. We will return your phone message within 2 hours, during normal business hours. We try to answer all questions or address your concerns over the phone. However, if further investigation into the matter is necessary, such as a need to contact your insurance company, we will get back to you with a resolution to your inquiry within 24 hours or the next business day. Please understand that we may not return calls received after 2:30 p.m. until the next business day.
  2. Email: Send your inquiry to billing@knoxvillehospital.org. Emails accepted 24/7. We will acknowledge receipt of all pending inquiries within 2 hours during business hours. We will work with you to resolve any questions within 24 hours of our initial acknowledgment. The resolution period can occasionally be longer if we are waiting for information from your insurance company.
  3. In-person: Visit the Knoxville Hospital & Clinics’ Customer Service Office, located at 1002 S. Lincoln Street, Knoxville, IA 50138.  Open 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, except holidays. Sometimes the most effective and quickest way to get answers to your questions is to visit face-to-face with a representative from our Business Office.  No appointments are required. Stop by during business hours.  We will attempt to resolve your questions during your visit. If the issue is very complex or requires a conversation with your insurance company, we may need to contact you following your visit.  Our goal is to resolve all inquiries within 24 hours.
