KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Julie Albert, Registration, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Month at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.

“Julie is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. She is always willing to help us. Recently I needed some new encounter created and others changed due to charging issues. I was trying to explain my problems to another registration gal, when Julie volunteers to help. She knew exactly what I needed done and quickly had my problems fixed. Julie learned the lab process of how to activate future orders. When she works registration up front, she still helps out in the lab department by activating our orders, which saves us a lot of time away from the patient. She is always smiling and friendly to all patients and staff. We love working with her,” read her nomination.

Julie will be in the running for KHC Hero of the Year in May 2018.

The other employees nominated in January were Terrie Lorrey, Miles Anderson, Nastassia Speck and Linda Shilling.
