KNOXVILLE, Iowa – The bouquet of freshly brewed gourmet coffee now greets patients, families and community members as they enter the Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.
Open to the public from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. weekdays, The Coffee Connection West features a host of regular brews, in addition to lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, premium teas, lemonades, and other hot and cold specialty beverages.
Knoxville Hospital & Clinics CEO Kevin Kincaid said, “We want our healthcare center in Knoxville to be a ‘medical home,’ a place where people feel welcome, comfortable and connected to others. We are pleased that The Coffee Connection West has become part of our family and is now serving as a drop-in outlet for coffee enthusiasts.”
The Coffee Connection owner Lori Raymie said, “Our full-service coffee bar at the Knoxville Hospital & Clinics is putting a new spin on the coffee experience. It’s a wonderful place for people who simply want to pick up their favorite drink and go, or spend some time visiting with friends. We also provide a convenient service for individuals who have a family member at the clinic, in the ER, having surgery or in the hospital.”
