Knoxville, Iowa — Knoxville Hospital & Clinics (KHC) wants to know how it can better serve its patients and the community, by asking residents of Marion county directly.
KHC is in the process of updating their Community Health Needs Assessment. The assessment is completed every three years to better understand what the hospital and local community organizations should be working on to address the region’s healthcare needs.
To provide residents the opportunity to give their feedback and thoughts on area healthcare needs, a short survey has been developed and is available online at www.knoxvillehospital.org. The survey takes only about 10 minutes to complete. It can be found through a link on the hospital’s website at www.knoxvillehospital.org.
Responses are kept confidential and there is a deadline of Friday, March 15, 2019. KHC encourages residents to participate.
Feedback from the survey and other informational gathering processes will be used to establish a Community Health Needs Assessment Implementation Plan.
