KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Dawn Karr, Med/Surg, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Month at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.
One evening the Emergency Department received an influx of patients in a short amount of time. As a Med/Surg supervisor, Dawn displayed tremendous teamwork and leadership to jump in and assist wherever she was needed. Dawn’s skillset and previous expertise of caring for Emergency Department patients coupled with her dedication and willingness to support her fellow co-workers in need is why she has been chosen Hero of the Month.
