KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Jenci Bachman, Emergency Department, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Quarter at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.
While continuing to work her normal schedule as an Emergency Department Clerk/Tech, Jenci has been instrumental in teaching and orienting every new ER Tech/Clerk. She has taken it upon herself to update and revise the orientation processes to include new tasks allowing the clerks the opportunity to practice different registration scenarios. Jenci is a great team player and her commitment and dedication to providing exceptional service to Emergency Department staff is why she has been chosen Hero of the Quarter.
