KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Linzi VanWyk, Nursing-Med/Surg., for being selected the KHC Hero of the Month at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.
“Linzi exhibits all of the qualities that you ask for in a Hero of the Month – service, passion, integrity, reliability, innovation, and teamwork. She has a very caring and positive attitude and serves as a role model for the other staff. One of the patient care techs, Alicia, told me that Linzi is a pleasure to work with. Linzi appears to have a good sense of humor but also is very professional. She has patience and listened to all of my needs and addressed them. I was very concerned about my problems when I came to the hospital, but Linzi made me feel at ease after talking with her,” read her nomination from a patient.
Linzi will be in the running for KHC Hero of the Year in May 2021.
The other employees nominated this month will automatically be entered for consideration for the next three months. After each quarter, we will share the employees who were nominated during that timeframe.
