Podiatric Surgery

 

Dr. Jill Frerichs is a native of Hinton, Iowa. She attended the University of Iowa and earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Des Moines University in 2001. Dr. Frerichs completed a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Frerichs served as an assistant professor of podiatric surgery at Des Moines University for five years before joining Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. She is board certified in both foot surgery and reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Frerichs joined Knoxville Hospital & Clinics’ Medical Staff in 2017, and also continues to practice with Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.
