Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Welcomes Jared Rietveld, DO, to Medical Staff

KNOXVILLE, Iowa – Knoxville Hospital & Clinics (KHC) is pleased to announce that Jared Rietveld, DO, will join their medical staff in September as a family medicine physician.

A Marion County native, Dr. Rietveld recently completed his residency through the Broadlawns Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Rietveld holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Northern Iowa and his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board certified in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Rietveld will provide treatment of illnesses and injuries, health screenings and tests, physical exams, well-child and adolescent care, chronic care management, preventive care, and other health care needs. He will also serve as a rotating hospitalist who sees patients who are hospitalized at the Knoxville Hospital.
