Located on the south grounds of Knoxville Hospital & Clinics is the Bessie Spaur Butterfly Garden. The garden was created in honor of Bessie Spaur, a lifelong Knoxville resident and avid gardener, and is maintained by the Knoxville Federated Garden Club.
