The Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics is a formal structure for collaborating with patients and families in policy and program decision-making in health care settings to improve safety, quality, and the patient experience.
The PFAC will represent the patient voice to senior leadership, clinicians, and staff of KHC to ensure that personalized, comprehensive, and collaborative care is provided.
PFAC members are individuals who have received care at KHC and are willing to share their insights to help us provide care and services tailored to patient and family needs.
