The ROSE Award (Recognition of Service Excellence) honors KHC employees who exemplify dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to service excellence while advancing the mission and goals of KHC.
The ROSE Award is open to all KHC employees who are not Registered Nurses, including (but not limited to) Patient Care Techs, Certified Medical Assistants, Lab, Imaging, Environmental Services, Maintenance, Registration, Revenue Cycle members, and more.
Accepting Nominations
ROSE Award nominees will be recognized quarterly.
The annual award will be announced during Hospital Week in May.
Anyone is able to submit a nomination.
Submit your nomination
Patients, visitors, nurses, providers, and employees may nominate a deserving employee for the ROSE Award. Please describe the situation or story involving the employee you are nominating that clearly demonstrates how he/she meets the criteria for the ROSE Award.
The ROSE Award Selection Committee will include:
- Chief Executive Officer
- Members of the Organizational Excellence team
