KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Carla Johnson, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Quarter at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.
Carla goes above and beyond to provide people-centered care to all our patients in cardiopulmonary rehab. She makes a point to not only provide the required education for the program the patients are in but also spends time to learn about their lives outside of rehab to ensure all their needs are met. She is quick to provide that extra social interaction they may not get elsewhere and truly cares about every patient. Carla’s dedication to her patients and willingness to support her fellow co-workers in need is why she has been chosen Hero of the Quarter.
As Hero of the Quarter at KHC, Carla receives $250, a parking spot, and will be included in the running for Hero of the Year in May 2025.
