KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Lisa Oldham, Utilization Review, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Quarter at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.
Lisa is one of the most cooperative and flexible nurses and always says, “You are never bothering me; I want what is best for the patient,” when called in the middle of the night to ensure patients are in the correct status for their condition and insurance. Her willingness shows her dedication to KHC’s success and serving our patients. Lisa’s actions to help decrease inaccurate bills and denials and increase patient satisfaction is why she has been chosen Hero of the Quarter.
As Hero of the Quarter at KHC, Lisa receives $250, a parking spot, and will be included in the running for Hero of the Year in May 2026.
