KNOXVILLE, IA – Knoxville Hospital & Clinics (KHC) is pleased to welcome Dylan Mick as the Director of Human Resources. Dylan’s first day was August 26.
At KHC, Dylan will serve as a strategic human resources partner on KHC’s leadership team. His areas of focus will include employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment and retention, and talent management.
Most recently, Dylan was a Human Resources Coordinator at UnityPoint Health where he assisted in the overview of human resources management, employee benefit and policy review and updates, and FMLA, ADA, and leave administration.
A Knoxville native, Dylan received his Bachelor of Arts in Business, Administration, and Marketing from Simpson College. He is also the head varsity boys soccer coach and assistant basketball coach at Knoxville High School, and was recently elected to the Knoxville Community School District school board.
