Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Honors Employees with Annual Service Awards

KNOXVILLE, Iowa – Knoxville Hospital & Clinics (KHC) recognized 40 employees who are celebrating a milestone service anniversary in 2025 during an awards ceremony held during National Hospital Week, May 12-16.

Employees were recognized with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35, and 40 year service awards. The 40 employees represent a combined 415 years of providing health care to our patients and the communities we serve.

“Our people are our most important resource, and we can’t thank them enough for their years of hard work,” said KHC Director of Human Resources Dylan Mick. “Their dedication and invaluable experience have helped KHC become one of the top rural health care facilities it is today.”

5 years of service: Jenci Bachman, Jessica Bacon, Gerry Brown, Cassandra Cook, Reeca De Goey, Reilly Finarty, Suzi Huizer, Noah Kimmel, Carla Knepper, Mallory Krpan, Terrie Lorey, Dr. Dylan Lowe, Lori Mallory, Shawn Nance, April Ramsey, Melissa Reschly, Dana Roberts, Sarah Rowland, Emilie Scheelhaase, and Laurynn Verry.

10 years of service: Ashley Adams, Melody Allison, Eric Clark, Ally Crow, Kyli Dicks, Shelby Feagins, Merilee Hamilton, Danise Hyatt, ARNP, Angelika Kimball, Amanda Kingrey, Patti Vander Hart, and Veronica White.

15 years of service: Dr. Brent Hoehns and Rosie Reid.

20 years of service: Tara Branson and Troy Padellford.

25 years of service: Bobi Mart and Stephanie Sterner.

35 years of service: Ann Fee.

40 years of service: Cheryl James.

Each employee was honored with a monetary gift in various amounts.

In addition, Caprice Losada was honored as “Hero of the Year.” Other prior Employee of the Quarter recipients in the running for Hero of the Year included Wendi Stalzer and Carla Johnson.

Mallory Krpan, RN, was recognized with the annual DAISY Award. Other employees nominated for the DAISY Award included Tamy Witt, Blake Smith, Kristen Rude, and Shantall Daggett.
