Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Ranks in 99th Percentile on Patient Satisfaction Scores

KNOXVILLE, IA – For more than 15 years, Knoxville Hospital & Clinics (KHC) has partnered with Press Ganey, the hospital industry’s leading independent vendor of patient satisfaction, to measure and continually improve patient satisfaction within our facility. Compared to 2,599 other health care facilities in our peer group within the Press Ganey database, during the month of February we ranked in the 99th percentile for communication with nurses, responsiveness of hospital staff, communication about medicines, discharge information, and cleanliness of the hospital environment. Data also showed that 100% of KHC inpatients reported they would recommend KHC to their friends and family.
