KNOXVILLE – Congratulations to Nikolas Butrick, Lab, for being selected the KHC Hero of the Month at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.
“This past week we had several sick employees along with already being short-staffed. Nikolas stayed later in the mornings to help with morning draws and to get the results out timely. He performed several other tasks on the overnight shift that we hadn’t had time to get to that day. This weekend he picked up an extra shift when someone was not able to work it. His attitude throughout the entire week has been nothing but wonderful and helpful. Nikolas is great at communicating with his co-workers to make sure all understand during shift exchange. Lab would have really struggled if it had not been for Nikolas’s help,” read his nomination.
Nikolas will be in the running for KHC Hero of the Year in May 2021.
The other employees nominated this month will automatically be entered for consideration for the next three months. After each quarter, we will share the employees who were nominated during that timeframe.
