This is a Full-Time position working 7am – 5pm with Tuesdays off.
This position provides support for the Director of Clinic Services and Clinic staff by answering clinic phone lines and various administrative functions.
Essential Functions
- Phone operator for Knoxville Clinic
- Backup for the scheduler’s if their phone is busy.
- Backup to make appointments for providers if schedulers are busy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a healthcare office setting highly desirable.
- Must be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel,
- Exceptional customer service and the ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Required to complete all annual competency training and maintain license and/or certification.
